Health Check Packages

A great place to start if you are like many people who feel tired all the time, or TATT as it’s often called by Doctors. This useful package involves a 90 minute consultation where I will check for some of the common causes of you feeling tired all the time, fatigued, and experiencing a general lack of energy.

In addition to blood tests for 4 common causes of fatigue and tiredness, a urine test will also be carried out for complete general screening including infection, liver and kidney function, etc. will be carried out. The “tired all the time” package also includes the Knight Vitality stress assessment, plus a full summary report of my findings with guidance on interpreting your results. You'll also receive helpful tips and guidance to help you to improve your energy and stamina levels.

A useful health test, especially for those aged 40 to 50 as it may highlight some of the risk factors associated with heart health. The heart health package includes a 90 minute consultation where I will check some of the indicators of your heart health and will highlight any risk factors for heart disease. In addition to blood tests for 2 common risk factors, a urine test for general screening including infection, kidney and liver function will also be carried out. 

This comprehensive package also includes taking your blood pressure, heart rate and a check for your cardiorespiratory health. The heart health package also includes the Knight Vitality stress assessment in addition to the Heart health assessment, both are a series of questions to ascertain the levels of stress your body and more specifically, your heart, may be under. After your consultation I will send you a full summary report of my findings with guidance on interpreting the results, you will also receive some helpful meal suggestions to offer inspiration for delicious, healthy and heart friendly meals, plus information sheets related to improving your heart health.

You will receive a 90 minute consultation that will check your gut health and will investigate for common causes of digestive discomfort and associated unpleasant symptoms. In addition to blood and urine tests, a stool sample will also be tested for some of the main causes of digestive symptoms such as pain, cramping, diarrhoea and tiredness. 

The gut health package also includes the Knight Vitality stress assessment and gut health assessments. After your consultation I will send you a full summary report of my findings with guidance on interpreting the results, I will also send helpful meal suggestions to offer some inspiration for delicious, healthy and gut friendly meals, plus information sheets related to improving your gut health.

A complete package for a 90 minute appointment that will check for common causes of you feeling tired, stressed, irritable, unable to sleep and that lurking question… Is this perimenopause?
