Knight Vitality offers a range of Nutrition and Health Coaching packages, I will work with you to formulate a bespoke package based on your particular needs. Please read on for more information and of course, please do get in touch should you require more information or prices for a bespoke package. Whilst I do recommend a 12 week package to begin with, I appreciate that you may prefer to book and pay for individual sessions. I find that booking a package is preferable to stand alone sessions due to the fact that making the necessary changes to your habits and lifestyle is something that evolves over time and requires work for a period of time, it's not something that can be achieved within one or two sessions. If you wish to discuss this further, please do drop me a line and we can make contact to talk about your individual requirements.
Knight Vitality offers flexible payment options too, the packages don't need to be paid in full in advance if this is something that concerns you, payment terms can be arranged to suit you, paying for 4 weeks package at a time for example. I'm here to make this process as easy as possible for you, I certainly don't want to add stress to your life with complicated details!

90 minutes initial consultation: £90
Lifestyle and health assessment: Your initial consultation will include taking a detailed medical history, dietary preferences and discussion about your individual requirements. In this initial consultation, between us we will decide if it is best to take body measurements (including height and weight, plus measurements of your arms, chest, waist, hips, thigh, calf and skinfold thickness) or if this is something you would prefer to do in subsequent sessions. Using this information, I will calculate your BMI (Body Mass Index – this is used as a standard measure of your height compared to your weight and can give an indication of obesity), body fat %, muscle %, visceral fat (this is the fat that surrounds your organs), BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate – the number of calories your body burns to perform basic life functions each day). This information will allow me to give you the best advice for you and to help you reach the goals you would like to achieve.
Stress and metabolism analysis: The initial consultation will also include an assessment of factors affecting your metabolic rate; including your lifestyle, home/work life, current exercise levels and an assessment of any physiological symptoms of stress you currently experience.
Summary of initial consultation: Once we have completed your initial consultation I'll write a summary report detailing my findings. I'll email the report to you and we can discuss the conclusions in your next coaching session. Your report will detail a summary of your metabolic and stress analysis, plus my findings from the observations and measurements taken including your weight and height, BMI and other assessments such as your fat and muscle %, BMR and your visceral fat score. I want you to have a thorough understanding of your weight, health and any issues, such as a high stress levels, that may be contributing to your health and weight changes and your concerns. I'll also detail my initial recommendations for a package that will best meet your needs, this is of course following a full discussion with you and based upon your personal requirements and health goals.
BRONZE PACKAGE: £800
1 x 60 minute coaching session per week for 12 weeks: 1 to 1 sessions where I will guide you towards greater knowledge about yourself and your health. In a supportive environment we will work together to give you the skills you need to make the best choices around food, exercise and lifestyle change. We will work on habits and behavioural changes that are necessary to enable you to live a happy and healthy life, to manage your weight, increase your confidence and help you gain control over your sleep and your ability to relax well. I will ask you to take an active role in your health, to take responsibility and have accountability for your choices and actions, the work we focus on will be based upon the things that are most important to you and for you.
SILVER PACKAGE: £1200
Bronze package plus fully personalised meal planning for 12 weeks: Breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack recommendations for the full 12 weeks, taking into consideration preferences, likes and dislikes and your individual lifestyle habits such as work and family commitments.
GOLD PACKAGE: £1250
Silver package plus 2 x food shop receipt analysis: Advice on the contents of your shopping basket with helpful advice on healthy swaps and substitutions, advice on what to include in your weekly shop and what not to buy... or perhaps just buy less often!
1 x “Stay you, but better” styling session: A styling session that will be held at the end of the 12 weeks that will help you choose a new outfit and find inspirations for a new wardrobe, you will be left feeling better than ever when looking at your new shape and new found confidence. The advice will help you find new clothing styles and options that will highlight the best of your new shape and being the most flattering for you, ensuring that you feel your best and look your best. *Cost of the outfit is not included in the session and costs of this will be down to the client.

Do you advise me which package is best for me or do I choose myself? During your initial consultation I'll find out exactly what you want to achieve and in your summary report I will offer you my recommendation as to what may suit your needs best. I'll make this recommendation based on my findings and what you want to achieve for your body and your health. The whole process is tailored around you and your needs, so we will work very closely together to design a bespoke package that will be right for you.
Are the consultations and Coaching sessions held in person or video call? Knight Vitality is pleased to offer in person appointments, however we can also carry out your sessions via video call (Teams or Zoom) or telephone if this suits your needs better and depending on any future restrictions that may be imposed due to Covid-19.
When and how do I pay? Knight Vitality can accept most cards or you can also pay via bank transfer. I politely ask that you pay in advance or on the day of your initial consultation or individual coaching sessions. Invoices will be sent out in advance for booked sessions and packages.
Can I pay in instalments for a coaching package? You can pay in full in advance or you can pay in instalments for your coaching package. I'm happy to help you work out a payment plan; for example, you can pay in 3 instalments for a 12 week coaching package.
Are the coaching packages only for 12 weeks, what if I need more time to achieve my weight and health goals? Knight Vitality offers the nutrition and health coaching packages in 12 week blocks as we know that committing to a longer term plan significantly increases your chances of success and reaching your health goals, compared to booking sessions one at a time. We ask you to be realistic and understand that you may need to have coaching for a longer period than 12 weeks, this depends on many factors including your current weight vs your goal weight, health concerns and your particular circumstances.
Can I change my choice of package part way through? Yes, of course! For example, if you decide you want to add our meal planning into your package part way through, this is possible and we will charge this on a pro-rata basis. However, if you decide you no longer want meal planning as part of your coaching package, we cannot refund for any work we have already carried out in planning and providing you with meal plans.
Am I able to call you if I am having a "wobble" or struggling with my motivation? Yes of course! I offer a WhatsApp call or message service that you can call 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday or 8am to 4pm weekends. Knight Vitality also offers a daily check in service where I send you a WhatsApp message to help motivate and help you to stay on track. I am with you all the way!
I'm really fussy with food. Will you still be able to help me? Yes, everyone has things they like and things they don't. I will tailor make your meal plans to accommodate this after getting to know you and what works for you. I want you to be happy with your new eating habits and that means tempting you with tasty and nutritious food that you are excited to eat and leaves you feeling satisfied.
